1. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your artwork! However, since each oil painting is handmade and unique, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your painting arrives damaged or with any defects, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

  • Incorrect Item Received:
    If you receive the wrong artwork, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a return and send the correct item at no additional cost.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our oil paintings, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or Commissioned Orders: Paintings made to order, based on specific requests or personalized details.
  • Slight Color Variations: As each painting is hand-painted, slight differences in color, texture, and brushstrokes are expected and celebrated as part of the artwork’s uniqueness.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind.

3. Return Process

If your return meets our conditions, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, reason for the return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address.

  3. Shipping & Packaging:
    Return the item in its original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


4. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refund Approval: Refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
